It’s the most wonderful time of the year with plenty of festive happenings around town! And we are thrilled to see local holiday pop up bars back this year. So book the baby sitter and head out for a festive date night or meetup with friends.
Wichita has several holiday pop up bars to choose from with fun themes and specialty holiday cocktails. This list will continue to grow as we receive more information. If you have a favorite, leave a comment!

Chicken N Pickle Snowbound Pop-Up
With summit views, a gondola, a cozy atmosphere and outdoor fire-pits, this Merry Ski Lodge and snow-themed holiday bar is a great spot for craft bites and holiday cocktails. We had such a great time at this cozy spot, and it’s a great option to host a holiday get together or party.

Ziggy’s Christmas Pop Up Bar
The Flower Shop (Sparky’s) Christmas Pop-Up Bar at The Belmont
One of our favorites, Sparky’s Christmas Pop Up at the Belmont is jam-packed with over the top Christmas and festive goodness from the drinks to the decor! Located in their neighbor business, The Flower Shop, they have a nice offering of hot or cold cocktails and a great place for gathering with friends upstairs!
With cocktails like “Mele Kalikimaka” (passion fruit, lime, ginger beer, blanco tequila) and “Dreams of Evergreen” (cranberry, juniper berry, lime, pine, Licor 43, gin), it’s impossible not to have a festive time.
Tuesday-Sunday 5pm. Reservations encouraged.
