DESCRIPTION:Firefly Music is small group music classes. This class is provided to 8 to 11 years old where we will sing\, play games\, learn about found music\, & compose music! We will learn about found music from the book\, Ada’s Violin: The Story of the Recycled Orchestra of Paraguay by Susan Hood. We will also use other books to make music to. All activities and songs are created and selected for the age of the students and are research based. Firefly Music provides a safe environment for children to explore music while also giving the chance for children to strengthen their memory\, attention\, and problem-solving skills.\nClasses take place on Mondays\, June 1st through July 20th.\nClasses are in West Wichita\, given out of my home.
