Bloom Formals was started by Tara Hoelting and Christina Wittman in West Wichita Kansas in 2021. Formally known as “The Frock Shop ICT”.
Tara has years of experience with formal wear from working in her home state of Oklahoma at a college town bridal shop. She is an expert in measurements and knows exactly how to get you into your most flattering fit. She has a passion for making sure she can find something to fit everyone’s style and budget. Her biggest goal for Bloom Formals is to make sure everyone can walk out with their dream dress.
Christina has a trend of getting businesses off the ground running. She specializes on behind the scenes work for Bloom Formals LLC. One of her priorities is making sure the plus-size beauties feel comfortable while shopping in the store, whether it’s for Bridal or other Special Events. In addition, she has 12+ years of experience with award-winning photography and loves being able to offer private photo sessions to clients for their special events.
I am a Kansas-based artist, working as an abstract painter. My abstract works are multi-medium based with a wide ranged pallet, from bright colors to earthy tones. My work focuses on building up layer by layer while obtaining fluidity throughout the piece. Running my own business doing what I love has been amazing.
