Today, we are excited to introduce you to Nicole Williams of Ncredibly Sweet.
Meet Nicole Williams.
Ncredibly Sweet is my home-based bakery specializing in decadent gourmet and chocolate covered strawberries and a wide variety of baked goods that includes cupcakes, gourmet caramel popcorn, gourmet cookies mini bundt cakes, and most recently – cocoa bombs! I offer services to customers and corporations for celebratory occasions and holidays throughout the year.
Balancing Motherhood and Business
Ncredibly Sweet was launched shortly after my youngest son was diagnosed with Autism nearly four years ago. And as a stay at home mom living in a new state with no immediate family, I was yearning for an outlet to process my emotions after receiving his diagnosis. I found comfort in the early mornings and late night hours dipping chocolate covered strawberries and baking which blossomed into a passion to create decadent desserts for the most memorable celebratory moments in our lives.
Baking and running a business from home has its challenges especially when your time has to be distributed among family and a full time “day job”. I adapted to early morning prepping and late nights baking. Finding creative ways to incorporate family time lead me to include my children in the work by giving them tasks to complete such as labeling or packing and occasionally quality control taste testers.

My passion of dipping chocolate covered strawberries created an obsession of baking delicious desserts with love straight from my heart and my kitchen. I am a self taught baker and my desire to bake became a constant thought and any opportunity I had to practice and learn, I seized the moment to do so. My strawberries are specially designed and customized with precise attention to detail. The gourmet toppings are unique in the flavors I select propelling them into gourmet delicacies.
