CrossFit Wichita was Founded in 2012 in the Commerce Street District of Wichita.

What started as a small gym, quickly turned into a world-class fitness center driven by a diverse community of people encouraging each other to become better in fitness.

We believe that the quality of our health determines the quality of our lives.. Being the first CrossFit facility in Wichita, we believe in the founding principles of functional fitness. Our Coaching staff is comprised of the most experienced trainers in Wichita with many years of on hands-on training. All Coaches are certified CF-L2, CF-L1, OPEX, or in USAW weightlifting and are dedicated to ongoing fitness education.

We are a dance studio for kids ages 3-18. We offer a variety of classes in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary and more. We have multiple performance opportunities throughout the year, and also have competitive teams. We are a small studio and focus on injury prevention, technique, and having a fun and invited atmosphere.

Dancing with RKDC is a non-competitive dance training program that celebrates creativity and self-expression through sound, technical instruction and stage performance opportunities.

Celebrating its 20^th anniversary in California this year, RKDC is partnering with Senseney Music at the Center to bring their award-winning dance education program to Wichita. Our offering of youth dance classes include ballet, tap, hip-hop, and Parent & Me at the Cottontail Studio located at the Wichita Center for Performing Arts.
