Their 12,000 square foot facility is fully air conditioned and packed with the latest gymnastics and recreational equipment for an active, healthy and fun-filled summer. Explore your creativity at Mark Arts this summer. STEAM Academy emphasizes creativity and innovation, linking art to concepts in science, technology, engineering, and math. Students are grouped by age and will complete mixed media, drawing, painting, and clay projects inspired by engaging weekly themes. New themes and art projects, such as Summer Olympics and Making Music, will be offered. Morning sessions are for ages 5-8 and are from 9 a.m. to noon. Afternoon sessions are for ages 9-12 and meet from 1 to 4 p.m. Each weekly session concludes with expert speakers from the Wichita community.

Exploration Place’s camps are designed to inspire children to apply the engineering design and scientific processes in a fun, game-like atmosphere. Mighty camp is a ridiculously fun summer camp experiences that keeps kids active and moving all summer long! Campers learn valuable leadership skills through sports, STEAM activities, yoga, fun with food, daily swimming, field trips, and so much more. They firmly believe that children learn best through play and strive to keep camp a playful, zany, environment where kids can let go of the need to achieve and grow problem solving skills through EPIC fun! Summer is prime time for children to re-fuel and get a head start on reading, spelling and writing skills for the upcoming school year.  Phillips Fundamental Learning Center provides a 6-week program using Alphabetic Phonics and The Sound Case™ to introduce your child to basic literacy skills in a fun, interactive setting. Classes meet one hour Monday -Thursday each week at their new building. Summer Basketball League – WASP – Wichita Area Sports Programs
The Summer Basketball League was established with the goal of providing kids an opportunity to play off-season basketball in a organized format. The focus will be for kids to continue improving their skills and staying active with a basketball in the off-season while continuing to play summer in-season sports. WASP will provide a reversible jersey, eight games with officials and an end of season ALL-STAR GAME. To sign up, please fill out the registration form online. Early registration is discounted and recommended, as participants are limited due to event space. You will have the opportunity to reference friends or coaches that you want on your team. They will do our best to accommodate these requests. If you want to coach, please complete the volunteer information within the registration form.

Campers will learn a variety of gymnastics skills based on their specific ability. Each day will focus on either front tumbling or back tumbling on floor. Come train at Shocker Tennis Camps at Wichita State University in beautiful Wichita, KS. Offering six weeks of incredible fun and tennis training, this camp is directed by WSU tennis coaches. This half-day camp has the perfect combination for everyone! Each camper receives personal attention, advanced teaching techniques, intensive drill work, and game/match play, all in a fun and competitive environment. They break the campers into small instructional groups of similar age and ability, so each child is working in a group that is commensurate with their experience level. They tailor each program to the level of the players.
