iCRYO offers services that fit 4 basic lifestyle needs; Pain Management, Health and Beauty, General Wellness, and Athletic Recovery. From Whole Body Cryotherapy, Infrared Saunas, IV Infusion Therapy, Compression Therapy, and Body sculpting, iCRYO offers many services to help you on your wellness journey.

We are a dance studio for kids ages 3-18. We offer a variety of classes in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary and more. We have multiple performance opportunities throughout the year, and also have competitive teams. We are a small studio and focus on injury prevention, technique, and having a fun and invited atmosphere.

At Grace & Grit, they have a tribe built up of women all ages, shapes and sizes. There are new team members joining every month. All classes include ~ Guidance From An Instructor, Spin Bikes, Cardio Workouts, Rowing Machines, Self Defense, Kickboxing, Light – Heavy Weightlifting, Stretching & Meditation.

Girls on the Run is a girl-empowerment organization that inspires participants to be joyful, healthy, and confident using evidence-based lessons that combine relationship building, community strengthening, and goal setting with physical movement. Registration is now open for girls in the 3rd-8th grade! We have 26 teams across South Central Kansas.  All fitness levels welcome, no running experience needed! A new addition to stretching and strengthening with scripture in Wichita! Pietra Fitness is a Christian alternative to yoga with scripture and prayer in a Catholic tradition.  Workouts are gentle, level 1, or level 2 and range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.  Zoom classes and in person classes now offered! Dancing with RKDC is a non-competitive dance training program that celebrates creativity and self-expression through sound, technical instruction and stage performance opportunities.

Celebrating its 20^th anniversary in California this year, RKDC is partnering with Senseney Music at the Center to bring their award-winning dance education program to Wichita. Our offering of youth dance classes include ballet, tap, hip-hop, and Parent & Me at the Cottontail Studio located at the Wichita Center for Performing Arts.
