I employ multiple methods depending on the client’s needs, including mindfulness, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, and career based counseling. I work with adults 18 and up in person and Telehealth. I am looking at starting groups soon for connecting back in to social setting after COVID.
