As a registered dietitian nutritionist in the Wichita, KS area, Kate is dedicated to providing personalized nutrition counseling from an integrative and functional medicine approach.

Her specialization includes working with clients on their nutrition needs for: fertility/pregnancy/postpartum, diabetes, PCOS, autoimmune health, thyroid health, and gut health.  Specialized nutrition, hormone and gut testing is available as well.

Kate is a Kansas native and lives in Goddard with her husband of 14 years and three boys—10 year old twins and an 8 year old. She enjoys living the busy club soccer mom life, reading and playing board games.
