As a yoga teacher and Healthy Lifestyle Coach, Vicky helps people bridge the gap between physical and mental fitness so they can become the healthiest version of themselves inside and out.
She is an RYT-200 and believes in living a healthy life, filled with joy and gratitude. This inspires and guides her teaching and practice, which is focused on helping students better connect to their healthiest self. Vicky teaches Vinyasa (Warm Vinyasa at Yoga Central), Yin (Slow Flow + Yin at Yoga Central), Corporate Yoga (by appointment) and Restorative yoga. She also teaches a variety of workshops in studios and around town (a few to note: Flexibilit-ease, Scentsational Yoga, Seasonal Transition Yoga, Yoga + Mindfulness for Teens, and Health Talks).
