5 Easy Sheet Pan Dinners the Whole Family Will Love

There are so many fads and trends out there that don’t deserve our time. So many. But there is one trend that I will highly recommend every one jump on board with: sheet pan dinners!

I’m sure some of you have already dabbled in the sheet pan dinner game but if you haven’t, do it ASAP. Everything cooks on one pan together and there are minimally dishes to clean. Winning! Sometimes I follow recipes exact and other times I’ll use whatever veggies or meat I have on hand. You can definitely get creative and substitute! I’ve rounded up some of my favorite ones that my family loves.

Sausage and Veggie Sheet Pan

  • 4 sausages – We love the chicken and apple sausage from Costco
  • 1-2 sweet potatoes, cut in to small cubes
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced in to strips
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced somewhat thin
  • Herbs and spices like rosemary, thyme, chili powder and salt and pepper.

Heat your oven to 400. Line your sheet pan with parchment for easy clean up. Cut up your veggies and lay on the sheet pan. Toss them in extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle on seasonings. Top with the sausages and cook for about 45 minutes, flipping the sausage halfway through.

More Yummy Sheet Pan Dinners

One of my favorite blogs for sheet pan dinners is with Natalie at Tasteslovely.com. I’ve shared her before and my love for her Instant Pot recipes and I’m just as obsessed with most of her sheet pan dinners as well. One of the must makes is the Sheet Pan Italian Pork Tenderloin. The Italian dressing that the pork and veggies cooks in is so dang good. Please also don’t miss out on the chicken fajitas either!

If you love seafood, you must try Charlotte at Clean Foodie Cravings sheet pan salmon dinner. It’s a yummy honey mustard sauce with green beans on the side. I’ve used asparagus instead and it’s just as delicious.

The Beef and Broccoli sheet pan supper from Mary’s Whole Life is so good! I love making this one for date nights in. It feels just a little fancier. I usually pop it in the oven while the hubs puts the kids to bed and it’s ready to go when they’re asleep! It’s quick and simple and delicious.

Chicken is DEFINITELY not boring with this Apricot Glazed Chicken sheet pan dinner. This one is on repeat and I sometimes make two pans so one is for all of us at dinner and then second sheet pan is for lunches for the week. Jessica has some great recipes on her site but this is a star.

I’m always looking for new sheet pan dinners so share your favorites with me!
