Located close to Andover, this food truck was the first snow cone I had ever tasted (I know, right?!). I loved the variety of options and the three flavors my family tried were delicious: Summer Breeze, Wedding Cake, and Rock and Roll. There are three different sizes and the portions are very generous with prices ranging between $3 and $5. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. They also offer a Birthday Party Package. You cannot go wrong at The ‘Berg!
The Slush Hut – Summer Snow

This very popular snow cone location has been open since 1999. On any given day, you will find people of all ages lined up for their favorite cool treat! They have an extensive list of flavors ranging from Blue Raspberry, to Cappuccino and Strawberry Daiquiri.
If you do not want to leave without a delicious snow cone – as we did the first time we went there – make sure you have cash on you, as they do not take other payments. They also offer gift cards, which would make a perfect summer gift!
The North Shore Shave Ice

This shaved ice is “the closest thing to real Hawaiian Shaved Ice” – the ice isn’t crushed/ground, but rather, shaved from a block of ice.

This business spreads cheer to its customers through their tasty snow cones and the help of Breezy the Penguin who is very active in the Valley Center community. Their snow cones come in five sizes ranging from $1.50 to $4, with toppings and candies costing $1 or less. Try out some of their specialty flavors like Red Hot and Shrek. Breezy’s Snow Shack also offers a variety of party packages for your events ranging from $25 to $150 with special deals for nonprofits.
