Winter 2022 –  Tanganyika Wildlife Park invites you to their second annual Safari of Lights – the longest drive-thru holiday light show in Wichita! It’s a fundraiser to support the animals of the park throughout the closed winter months.

What to Expect:

Safari of Lights 2022 will feature an RGB LED animated tunnel of over 150,000 colored lights!

  • Nearly a full mile of lights (20 minutes to drive through)
  • Hot cocoa and popcorn upgrades available
  • Proceeds will go to care for the rare and endangered animals that call Tanganyika home
  • Largest Drive-thru light show in Wichita 

Safari of LightsHours:

November 25 – January 1
start times from 6pm-1pm
*must reserve tickets ahead of time
*not open Christmas Eve , Christmas Day, or New Year’s Eve


$20 per car Sunday – Thursday
$25 per car Friday – Saturday

How to Get Tickets:


Tanganyika is working hard to make this a magical, holiday experience for the entire family! This would be a great activity while family is in town, a romantic date night, or a great weekday activity with your kids. And don’t forget to include your pups! Dogs are welcome as long as they stay in your car.
