Thursdays at Exploration Place just got more awesome! Mark your calendars for weekly Food Truck Thursday events this summer, beginning Thursday, June 3.
Food Trucks, Lawn Games, & Live Music
You and your family will enjoy unlimited access to Exploration Place exhibits. Plus, you can chow down with Wichita’s finest food trucks, grab a drink from the bar, jam out to live music and play lawn games.
Ring of Fire at Keeper of the Plains
Food Truck Thursdays start at 5:30 p.m. and conclude with the nightly lighting of the Ring of Fire at the Keeper of the Plains at 9 p.m. There’s no better viewing area than riverside on the Exploration Place grounds.
Admission Information
Admission is free for Exploration Place members. Guests will pay $15 per carload if they register in advance or $20 at the gate. Food and drinks are sold separately. Some seating will be provided, but lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged.
Exploration Place Exhibits
Inside, it’s double the fun this summer at Exploration Place with two traveling exhibits based on popular television series: Nickelodeon’s PAW Patrol Adventure Play and National Geographic’s Monster Fish: In Search of the Last River Giants.
