A Sunday Funday spent shopping, eating hors d’oeuvres, sipping on a cocktail or mocktail, and spending the day with your best friends. Andover, KS is bringing its first Pamper with a Purpose benefiting Sunlight Children’s Services.
Pamper with a Purpose is a sip and shop themed fundraiser that is being hosted at Terradyne Country Club on October 1st, 1:00pm-5:00pm, it is a come and go event. Sunlight’s goal is to empower individuals while letting them have fun, shop, and give back to the community.

Friendship Bracelets
We might be biased, but our personal favorite table will be Sunlight’s friendship bracelet area! We will have bracelets and kits to make bracelets for sale that have been made by our staff and children in our care. Keep a look out for the CUTE backdrop donated by K. Westphal Jewelers near the bracelets!
Selfie Booth
Who doesn’t love pictures with their besties? Lamphouse Photo Booth Co. will have their Selfie Booth set up for ALL the cute selfies with your friends! A beautiful balloon arch from Presh ICT will be the perfect addition to the Terradyne Fireplace. We would love to see ALL your pictures from Pamper with a Purpose!
Snack & Sips
All tickets include hors d’oeuvres such as fruit, crudité, and charcuterie platters, a signature pink drink or mocktail, and access to all the amazing vendors. A cash bar will be available as well, it should not be too far from the food if you are lost looking for it!

Raffle items will be featured that have been generously donated from the vendors and other local businesses.
Pamper with a Purpose Merch will be available to buy at the event as well, we all know you can never have too many T-shirts, or crewnecks, especially with fall right around the corner, and they are PINK!

Sunlight Children’s Services mission is simple, to provide resources and facilities that support and protect abused and neglected children and their families. Our mission might seem simple, but it is extremely fulfilling. Sunlight is a nonprofit organization located in Butler County, and we serve surrounding communities as well. We have two main facilities, our Children’s Home in Andover, and our Child Advocacy Center (CAC) in El Dorado. Our Children’s Home provides a safe and loving environment temporarily for children and their siblings that have been placed in protective custody. Children in our care are treated with respect and dignity during their stay and provided with necessities. When the children leave, they are provided with a to go bag that has a blanket, comfort items, and more. At our CAC, we respond to allegations of child abuse, using a team-based response. We provide child friendly interviews, advocacy, and follow ups. If eligible and deemed necessary, victims and their families that are served at our CAC receive free mental health services throughout the duration of treatment. Our clinical therapists are highly trained and specialize in treating child abuse through various trauma-focused interventions.
Sunlight is here for children when they need it most.
