If you give a mom an errand she’s excited as can be. She’s so happy to get out of the house and hopefully it’s kid free!
But as she’s walking out the door, she’ll remember that she needs to get dinner in the Crock Pot. She’s slicing and dicing and putting it together in lightning speed. As she’s finishing putting it together she realizes she never had a chance to eat lunch that day.
As she’s grabbing a quick snack so she can continue with her day, she’ll also need a glass of water {or wine}.
As she reaches for her glass, she’ll notice that the dishes are piled precariously high in the sink. She decides to start scrubbing right away, but to get a good scrub she needs a clean sponge.
She’ll run to the next room where she’ll find a monstrous mess made by her littles. She’ll start to clean up that mess as well. As she’s cleaning the living room she will step on a LEGO. Instead of throwing it she decides to be a nice mom and take it to her child’s room.
But when she gets there she finds one sock on the floor but not the other – TYPICAL. She decides it won’t hurt to throw in a load of laundry while she’s at it.
When she steps into the laundry room she will realize that she already has a load of laundry in the dryer so she throws that in a basket.
She takes it to her bedroom and begins to fold – forgetting to start that other load.
When she goes back to the laundry room to run the washing machine she finds that she is out of laundry detergent. Which reminds her that she needs to run that errand…
