Meet the Owners: The Caggiano Family
My husband Tyler and I (Sally) have had a vision to open a kid’s salon for a long time now, and this past summer, we felt like it was the right time to take a leap of faith and make our dream a reality! I have been a cosmetologist for many years, but I fell in love with doing kid’s hair specifically when my own sons were little, and I was working at a kid’s salon on the weekends.
Where I bring the technical skill to the salon, my husband Tyler brings the brains and the muscle behind the operation. From designing our website, to building our fun salon chairs, he has made this vision come to fruition.
As parents of two young boys, we know firsthand how challenging it can be to take these high-energy little bundles of chaos (and joy) into public places, which is why we are so passionate about making every family feel welcomed at Kids Cuts. We are only the third salon of our kind in the Wichita area, so we believe we are meeting a high demand. Our goal is to serve our community by offering great haircuts in a FUN environment! 
Kids Cuts Salon Services
All our stylists have experience working with kids and find enjoyment and fulfillment in this niche of the hair industry. There isn’t much we won’t do to make your kids feel comfortable and happy while they are here.
We offer many different services, from our basic “Kids Cut” to mom’s and dad’s cuts, to our most pampering “Princess Package”, and even a “First Haircut Package”, which includes a certificate, before and after photos, and a keepsake lock of your little one’s hair.
Another service we proudly offer is our “Sensory Cut” which is designed for kids with disabilities or sensitivities. Same price – just with extra time and patience.
All kids are welcomed here, and our kids cut price of $22/haircut is honored until your child ages out at 18. We have an industrial feel to our space, so even the biggest kids enjoy their time with us. Everything we do here at Kids Cuts is with your child’s happiness in mind!
Our Salon
When families walk into our salon, one of the first things they notice is our unicorn chair, which most little girls are thrilled to sit in during their haircut. We also have a car chair, a manicure station, and Nintendo Switch games for the bigger kids to enjoy. We like to finish each haircut with a special style, and to top it off, we offer dye-free lollipops, as well as a small toy to take home from our treasure box!
Hours & Booking
Kids Cuts is located at 324 West Central Avenue – Suite A in Andover, KS. We are open Wednesday and Thursday from 10-7, Friday from 10-6, Saturday from 9-6, and Sunday from 12-5. We also offer military, homeschool and senior discounts!

We will also be holding a special braiding class for those who are interested in learning to French braid on December 17th from 6:30-8:00. We will serve hot chocolate, learn how to do a “Christmas Braid”, and send each parent/child home with a gift! If interested – sign up on our website! Space is limited!
