Wichita has several holiday pop up bars & fully decorated restaurants to choose from with fun themes and specialty holiday cocktails. This list will continue to grow as we receive more information. The Jingle Holiday Pop-Up at Public
Open November 19, 2025 – January 4, 2026
Get ready for another over the top Christmas bar experience at Public where they are transforming the west bar and heated/enclosed patio with festive lights, Santas, & plenty of tinsel!
The entire restaurant is decorated, so if you don’t feel like sitting outside, you can still experience the magic!
Serving lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch, and a special holiday cocktail menu – and festive live music (check their event page for schedule).
Miracle on Mosely Street at River City Brewing Co.
Open November 10 – December 31, 2025.
With an insane amount of Christmas decorations and lights, the entire brewpub from inside to the enclosed outdoor patio will be transformed into a winter wonderland. Reservations are for 90 minutes.
Chicken N Pickle Holiday Hideaway
Open through December 31
With summit views, a gondola, a cozy atmosphere and outdoor fire-pits, this Holiday Hideaway and snow-themed holiday bar is a great spot for craft bites and holiday cocktails. We had such a great time at this cozy spot, and it’s a great option to host a holiday get together or party.

Not only will Norton’s be offering their igloos again, this year they’ve also decorated the brewery! Don’t miss the limited time menu & cocktails.
