It’s the most wonderful time of the year with plenty of festive happenings around town! And we are thrilled to see local holiday pop up bars back this year. So book the baby sitter and head out for a festive date night or meetup with friends.
Wichita has several holiday pop up bars to choose from with fun themes and specialty holiday cocktails. This list will continue to grow as we receive more information. If you have a favorite, leave a comment! Most require reservations and fill up quickly, so don’t wait to plan your night out.
Chicken N Pickle Holiday Hideaway
With summit views, a gondola, a cozy atmosphere and outdoor fire-pits, this Holiday Hideaway and snow-themed holiday bar is a great spot for craft bites and holiday cocktails. We had such a great time at this cozy spot, and it’s a great option to host a holiday get together or party.

The Jingle Holiday Popup at Public
November 22 – December 31, 2023. Get ready for another over the top Christmas bar experience at Public where they are transforming the west bar and heated/enclosed patio with festive lights, Santas, & plenty of tinsel!
Serving lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch, and a special holiday cocktail menu – and festive live music (check their event page for schedule).
ICT Snow Globe at River City Brewing Co.
November 20 – December 31, 2023. With an insane amount of Christmas decorations and lights, the entire brewpub from inside to the enclosed outdoor patio will be transformed into a Christmas snow globe winter wonderland. Reservations are for 90 minutes.

The Flower Shop (Sparky’s) Christmas Pop-Up Bar at The Belmont
One of our favorites, Sparky’s Christmas Pop Up at the Belmont is jam-packed with over the top Christmas and festive goodness from the drinks to the decor! Located in their neighbor business, The Flower Shop, they have a nice offering of hot or cold cocktails and a great place for gathering with friends upstairs!
