Christmas bars and restaurants are all the rage, and there are plenty of festive happenings around town! And we are thrilled to see local holiday pop up bars back this year. So book the baby sitter and head out for a festive date night or meetup with friends or book a dinner reservation for one of Wichita’s decked out restaurants!

Wichita has several holiday pop up bars & fully decorated restaurants to choose from with fun themes and specialty holiday cocktails. This list will continue to grow as we receive more information. The Jingle Holiday Popup at Public
Open November 20, 2024 – January 5, 2025
Get ready for another over the top Christmas bar experience at Public where they are transforming the west bar and heated/enclosed patio with festive lights, Santas, & plenty of tinsel!
The entire restaurant is decorated, so if you don’t feel like sitting outside, you can still experience the magic!
Serving lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch, and a special holiday cocktail menu – and festive live music (check their event page for schedule).
Miracle on Mosely Street at River City Brewing Co.
November 18 – December 31, 2024. With an insane amount of Christmas decorations and lights, the entire brewpub from inside to the enclosed outdoor patio will be transformed into a winter wonderland. Reservations are for 90 minutes.
Chicken N Pickle Holiday Hideaway
Open November 22 – December 31
With summit views, a gondola, a cozy atmosphere and outdoor fire-pits, this Holiday Hideaway and snow-themed holiday bar is a great spot for craft bites and holiday cocktails. We had such a great time at this cozy spot, and it’s a great option to host a holiday get together or party.

Sparky’s Christmas Pop-Up Bar at Larcher’s + The Belmont
Everyone’s favorite Christmas bar, Belmont’s annual holiday pop up bar that transforms into an over-the-top & decorated to the nines lounge, fit with a limited edition, themed cocktail menu! Reservation windows are for 90 mins so more guests can experience Sparky’s! Bar bites will be available until 10pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Sparky’s hours: Tues-Sun 5pm-10pm

Bubbles Champagne Bar
Champagne and espresso bar located inside The Workroom, at Eaton Place in Downtown Wichita. They are so cute and decked out for the holidays! Eaton Place 523 E Douglas Ave. Hours are Sun-Thurs: 10am-8pm, Fri-Sat: 10am-10pm.
Sippin’ Santa at Dockum
November 18 – December 31
Our favorite speakeasy is joining in the holiday fun this year as one of Wichita’s Christmas bars. Sippin’ Santa is coming to Dockum – ready to step into a festive tropical oasis down in the depths of Dockum this holiday season! Reservations are highly encouraged.
