Editor Picks: 7 Favorite One Piece Swimsuits for Moms

Raise your hand if you feel like swimsuit shopping is the actual worst. I get anxious about it every year. I have my go-to suits year after year, but I usually buy one or two new ones each season.

This year, I branched out to some new brands and bought a few for upcoming vacations. Well, most of the suits I ordered, I sent right back. I had one suit I ordered that was so cute on the Instagram model, but it looked quite different on my mom bod. What is it with the super high cuts this season? Not only were my hips and booty hanging out, but this one had zero lining, and I looked naked. Not exactly the look I was going for on my family Disney Cruise.

Luckily, chic one-pieces are all the rage these days, and so I went back to my go-to brands. My swimsuit requirements are quality, supportive, but still super cute and fashionable. And I do have a couple two pieces that I love, but I feel most comfortable in a one-piece.

I prefer timeless, modest, feminine suits with a bit of flare. Sometimes that means a fun color, a cutout, or maybe pretty frills or details. But I always want a quality piece that’s going to keep all my body parts in (full coverage is my personal preference). And I love me a classic black swimsuit any day of the week – you can’t go wrong!

Below are some of my go-to spots to swimsuit shop, and some of my favorite picks for this season – all in different price ranges and for different body types!

Pine and Palms: known for “redefining” the one-piece bathing suit

So tell us, where is your go to spot for swimsuit shopping?
