Family Adventures on the Wichita Q-Line

We love exploring Wichita – there are so many hidden treasures. One way to make an outing special is to ride the Q-Line.

The Q-line is part of the Wichita Transit System and is free, quick and easy. It spans 4.5 miles on Douglas Avenue from Seneca Street to Edgemoor Street.  The Q-line trolley’s serve Delano, Old Town, Douglas Design District, Clifton Square and Lincoln Heights. Plan a fun morning for younger kid going to Exploration Place then a Q-line ride to lunch, making a daytime outings extra fun. Spend your evening enjoying several cool local spots on Douglas Ave. If you are from out of town and staying at a downtown hotels its only a short walk to catch a trolley and explore our great city.
