Summer 2024 – The Sunflower Summer Program (website currently under construction) is returning in 2024! Families can visit Kansas attractions for free from May 25 – August 11, 2024. Sponsored by Travel Kansas, this program provides a wide variety of ways for families to get out, explore something new, and enjoy time together. Kansas families can visit museums, zoos, historic landmarks, and more!
Visit Over 100 Kansas Attractions, Museums, & Zoos
with Kids for FREE This Summer
Kansas residents with students enrolled in Pre-kindergarten through 12th grade, are eligible to access 1 free ticket per child to over 100 Kansas attractions, museums, zoos, and more.
Parents and guardians can download the Sunflower Summer app free from either Google Play (Android) or Apple (IOS) app stores. And each Kansas student and their parents are provided one free visit to each of the participating attractions per year. Your Sunflower Summer “Passport” (in the app) will be stamped and the ticket will no longer be accessible.
If you previously dowloaded the app, you will still need to re-register for 2024.
These Kansas museums and attractions participated in Sunflower Summer last year; 2024 participants have not yet been announced.
