I serve as an editor of The Chung Report, a website that publishes articles and videos that aim to educate and engage people in tackling issues vital to the long-term economic health of the Wichita region. I also served as a trustee for the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Wichita, a program designed to further engage dynamic leaders in the community. On top of this, I sit on the WSU Tech Foundation and Visit Wichita boards, as well as the Wichita Public Schools calendar advisory committee.

What is your favorite thing about Wichita? This is a community where one person can make a difference. Wichita is a special place that has given me a wonderful life. I’m honored to give back in any way that I can.

Tell us your guilty pleasure. All things British monarchy. I faithfully watch The Crown, Victoria, royal weddings… I can’t help myself.

Best tip for work/life balance? It’s ok to say no.

What is your dream job? It’d be pretty darn hard to top what I’ve got right now.

We hope to someday add chickens, goats, and a horse or two to the mix.

Meaghan Koci
Meaghan wears many hats throughout the day: wife to husband of fifteen years, Jeremy, mom to two incredible children, Jacob and Aliza, legal assistant, foster parent, and surrogate. A Wichita native, she met her husband at K-State (Go State!) and they moved from coast (Los Angeles, CA) to coast (Manchester, NH and Groton, CT) before settling back down in Kansas. She is a big fan of her crock pots, has read more than a novel a day for the last five years, and crochets in her “spare” time.
