Wichita Fireworks
Riverlawn Family Fun & Fireworks
Wednesday, June 28th | 6pm
Bring the family to Riverlawn Church for starting out with games, bounce houses, hamburgers and hotdogs, cotton candy and so much more!
All of the festivities will take place in the back parking lot of the church. Then at 9pm there will be an incredible fireworks display! Come out, bring the family and have a “blast”!
Bradley Fair Summer Concert Fireworks
Thursday, June 29th | 7:30pm concert (Fireworks begin at 9:30)
Grab your friends + family, a blanket, and some chairs to set up a picnic spot along the vast area that surrounds Bradley Fair Lake.
Based out of Kansas City, Low Pressure System has been making waves with their unique sound that blends rock, alternative, and indie. This dynamic band is sure to impress with their electrifying performance.
Red, White, & BOOM
Tuesday, July 4 | 6-10pm
Gates open at 6pm for holiday-goers to enjoy the concessions in the stadium, entertainment provided by the Wind Surge and great seats in the stadium to watch the fireworks show!
A variety of food trucks will be onsite at the Hyatt Lawn for spectators to enjoy. Don’t forget to bring a blanket or lawn chairs to sit on while you wait for the show to start. Watching the festive fireworks from the lawn is a tradition you don’t want to miss!
Derby
Independence Day Parade
Tuesday, July 4 | 10am
Parade Route: The parade begins at Panther Stadium, proceeds west on Madison to Georgie, south on Georgie to Market and east on Market back to Panther Stadium.
Fire Station 81 Open House
Tuesday, July 4 | 10:30 a.m. to noon
715 E. Madison Ave.
Derby firefighters will have fire trucks on display along with the Fire Safety House
following the parade.
Fireworks in the Park
Tuesday, July 4 | 6 p.m. (Fireworks begin at approx. 9:40 p.m.)
Bring a blanket and lawn chair and enjoy a fun evening in Derby at High Park. You are welcome to bring a picnic dinner.
- ADA parking will be available at the Darrell Zimmerman Family Shelter parking lot.
- No personal fireworks allowed in the park.

Beginning with the Independence Day parade at 8 am, followed by a full day of activities like frog races, free hot dogs in the park, water games, etc., and ending the day with a fireworks show at Riggs Park.

Parade & Family Social
Tuesday, July 4 | 12pm
Come join in the 4th of July festivities. Parade starts at 12 noon at Wildcat Boulevard and second Street then South to Main Street park. A family social will be held at Main Street park following the parade.
Music theatre is having a show 2nd-4th with fireworks after some of the shows!
